When to Contact MyCM

Please note that our goal is to return every email and phone call as soon as possible throughout the day. The Customer Service hours have been written here so that you will know the worst case scenario.

Standard Owner and Seller Customer Service Hours
Monday - Saturday, except for Holiday and Holiday weekends.

If you email or call before 3:00pm (M-Sat), you should receive an answer within that same business day. You can be assured that a representative will email or call you within 24 hours.

If you email or call after 3:00pm (M-Sat), you should receive an answer by the end of the next day business day. You can be assured that a representative will email or call you within 24-36 hours of your email, depending on when you contact MyCM.

Emergency, After Hours Service

Sellers, if your situation requires immediate attention and involves a problem with the website, please email AND leave a message at 404-625-5573. Someone will respond back to you as soon as possible during the hours of 9:00am - 7:00pm. You can also contact your consignment sale owner and they will be able to contact us quickly.
