If you’re an existing MyCM customer — whether you run a pop-up consignment event or a brick & mortar store — please use the dedicated support email provided to you, which is connected directly to our ticketing system.

    Business Hours:

    Monday through Saturday 9:00am – 3:00pm EST.

    Contact before 3:00 pm EST, a MyCM representative will respond within 24 hours (possibly 48 hours during high volume days). But typically, a representative will respond to you within 24 hours.

    Contact after 3:00 pm EST; a MyCM representative will respond within 24 – 48 hours.

    MyCM will respond to your email or voicemail as quickly as possible. If you have contacted us and you have not received an email or a voicemail within the expected time period, please check your junk or spam folders for the email and/or your voicemail from the phone from which you called us. Verify if an email or voicemail was left there. If not, it is possible that customer service did not receive your communication. Please try again. It is a rare occasion that we would not get back to you within the 24-48 hour period.

    Maintenance Windows:

    7 days a week: 12:00 am – 12:15 am EST the system will be down from the web for system maintenance. During the seasonal sale season, it is possible, that this window may be extended past 12:30 am EST. If this has happened to you, please just try again 15 – 30 minutes later.
